No yeast and no kneading makes this a super easy homemade bread. Easy to prepare. Low fat; Low cholesterol.
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 oz. can lite beer
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Spray a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Press dough into pan; bake 55 to 60 minutes
