If the hummus is handy, you can make one or 20 of these in a snap. It's a definite middle eastern twist on an American classic. Easy to prepare; Simple (5 ingredients or less); Make ahead.
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Hummus
  • Paprika
  • Italian Parsley
  1. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the egg yolks and save for another purpose.
  3. Fill each egg white with a heaping tablespoon of hummus, sprinkle lightly with paprika, and garnish with parsley.
  4. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
