  • 1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup Whole wheat flour
  • ⅓ cup Oat bran
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1½ tsp Vanilla
  • 1½ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup Chopped nuts
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or stir them together until well mixed.
  2. Cook the waffles on a hot waffle iron.
  3. Serve them hot, topped with more yogurt, fresh fruit, maple syrup, honey or peanut butter.
